We only collect the information you choose to submit through our forms:

• Contact form — name, email, and optionally phone number and subject, plus your message.
• Quote requests — name, email, phone, company, the service you need, project description, budget range, timeline, reference links and notes.
• Internship applications — name, email, phone, institution, course, preferred program, skills, portfolio or LinkedIn URL and your message.

We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, or assess your internship application. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Submissions are stored in a secured database provided by our hosting and database providers. Access is restricted to the DSP NxtGen team members who need it to respond to you.

We keep your details only for as long as needed to respond to your request and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards, then delete them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've submitted at any time. Just send us a message with your request.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
